Description
Indulge in the scrumptious combination of pork chops with feta and fresh oregano. Sear the pork chops to perfection, then pair them with balsamic vinegar and peaches for a harmonious balance of savory and sweet tastes.

Ingredients
2 Bone-in- Pork ChopsÂ
Himalayan salt & pepperÂ
2 tbs avocado or olive oilÂ
1/2 balsamic vinegarÂ
1 tbs honey
1 tbs fresh oregano or thymeÂ
2 peaches, slicedÂ
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled or cubedÂ
chili flakesÂ
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat your broiler to high and heat your large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper, add your avocado oil to skillet and add the pork once oil starts to simmer. Sear both sides for 4 minutes. Reduce your heat to medium and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, or until all the way cooked through.Â
Step 2: In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey and oregano. Pour your sauce mixture over the pork chops during the last two minutes of cooking.
Step 3: Remove from heat and add the peaches. Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes or until peaches become lightly charred. If the balsamic sauce becomes too thick you can add 1/4 cup of water to keep it saucy.Â
Step 4: Remove the skillet from the oven & top with feta, oregano and chili flakes. Enjoy!
