With the delicious flavors of the vegetables, olive oil, and basil you'll want to make this recipe over and over again.

Ingredients

  • Ready to bake store bought pizza dough

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, freshly grated

  • 1 package of burrata cheese

  • large handful of fresh basil

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 4-5 heirloom tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1-2 cups of arugula

  • Red chili flakes

Preparation

Step 1: First, Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. As the oven is preheating prepare your pizza dough. Flour your surface and roll out your dough onto your pizza pan. Then drizzle the dough with your olive oil, add your fresh chopped garlic, 2 cups of freshly chopped basil, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle your red chili flakes all over.

Step 2: Once oven is preheated, put in oven and bake 20-25 minutes. As pizza is baking, slice your tomatoes and prepare your balsamic drizzle. To create your balsamic drizzle you'll combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 balsamic vinegar, 1 cup basil, and add salt and pepper, stir until well combined.

Step 3: Once pizza comes out of oven, break your burrata over the pizza and evenly distribute. Add your heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, arugula and drizzle your balsamic vinegar. Top with additional basil, and salt and pepper. Cut & enjoy!
